2. Products and prices

Product description, price and availability are shown on each product page. Prices are in euro (EUR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT 21%). The net price and VAT amount are shown separately in the order summary and invoice.

The seller reserves the right to change prices and product availability. The price effective at the moment of order placement is binding on both parties.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Orders can be placed as a registered user or as a guest. The buyer selects products, delivery and payment method, enters contact details and confirms the order.

The distance contract is concluded when the seller sends the buyer an order confirmation by email. The seller may decline to fulfil an order if the item is out of stock or if there is an obvious pricing/description error — any amount paid will be fully refunded within 5 business days.

4. Payment

Available payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa / Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed by AS EveryPay (Estonia). Card data is never stored on GOLFI.lv servers.
  • SEPA bank transfer to the BRO Finance account at Swedbank AS (IBAN LV68HABA0551057476822). The order is shipped after the payment is received, no later than 5 business days after order placement.

An invoice is sent to the email address provided in the order once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Latvia is provided by the following carriers:

  • Omniva parcel locker — 3–7 business days
  • DPD door-to-door courier — 3–7 business days
  • Free Latvia shipping for orders from €150 (excl. VAT); below that €15

Delivery to Lithuania, Estonia and the rest of the EU is available on request. Cost and delivery time are confirmed before payment.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article 12 of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, a buyer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer sends a written notice to info@golfi.lv stating the order number and item(s) being returned. The statutory withdrawal form may also be used.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all tags and documents, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the seller has expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received, using the same payment method the buyer used. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual specification (e.g. personalised caps).

7. Warranty and conformity

In accordance with Article 13 of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the buyer has the right to file a claim about non-conformity of the goods for 2 years from the date of receipt.

The manufacturer's warranty (where applicable) is shown on the product page and applies in addition to the statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are accepted at info@golfi.lv and handled within 15 business days. In complex cases the term may be extended, with prior notice to the buyer.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC): www.ptac.gov.lv

EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Governing law

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Latvia at the defendant's location.
