Returns go through this request only — that lets us track status and refund faster. Parcels sent without an approved request are not accepted.

The window starts the day you receive the goods. Notify us in writing at info@golfi.lv.

• Personalised goods (logo balls, embroidered caps, custom fitting) — the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specification.
• Items without original packaging or tags, or with signs of use (played balls, worn grips).
• Hygiene items with opened packaging (gloves, socks, base layers).

For a withdrawal return the buyer covers return shipping. If the item is faulty, wrong or not as described, we cover the cost and offer an exchange or a full refund.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, via the original payment method.

Used clubs follow the same policy. If an item doesn't match the description, we cover return shipping.
