How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. For rush orders contact us — we can often speed things up.

Which balls can be printed?

Any ball from our catalog. Pick a model in step 1 — the per-ball price comes straight from the product page. 1–2 extra balls are required for machine calibration and the technological spoilage rate is up to 3%.

Which file formats do you accept?

Vector is best — SVG, PDF or AI. PNG with a transparent background (at least 1000 px) also works. No file? We can prepare the artwork for you.

What is the minimum quantity?

12 balls. Volume discounts start at 100 pcs and reach 15% at 500 pcs.

Do you issue company invoices?

Yes. We work with businesses across the EU — VAT invoice from SIA "BRO Finance", payment by bank transfer.
